How long does delivery take?


Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days within Switzerland. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments by credit and debit card via Payrexx. All transactions are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?


Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Are all products original and safe?

Absolutely. We only sell products from trusted brands and authorized suppliers, including well-known French and Romanian brands. All items comply with Swiss and EU standards.

Do you deliver outside Switzerland?

Currently, we deliver mainly within Switzerland. For international orders, please contact us before placing your purchase.
