Return Policy

At HELVETROM GmbH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, you may be eligible to return your product in accordance with the terms below.


1. Right of Return

You have the right to return items within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the courier) takes physical possession of the goods.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • All original labels, seals, and safety packaging must be intact.

  • The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.

  • You must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Personal care, cosmetic, or medical products for hygiene and safety reasons, once opened.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable".


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact us at helvetrom@gmail.com within the 14-day period and provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and provide you with the return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us in secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Please do not send returns without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • If the product is damaged or lost during return shipping, we may not be able to process your refund.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us at helvetrom@gmail.com.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos to assess the issue before arranging a replacement or refund.
